Position: Co-Chair

Reports To: Chair

Term & Commitment: 1-year term | Monthly meetings + event weekend availability

Role Overview:

Serves as a key leadership partner to the Chair, providing operational direction, stepping in when the Chair is unavailable, and working closely with Marketing to execute communications for the event. Helps keep planning organized and on schedule.

Position: Facilities Coodinator

Reports To: Chair

Term & Commitment: 1-year term | Monthly meetings + event weekend availability

Role Overview:

Oversees venue planning and logistical coordination for the Rocky Mountain Roundup and for fellowship/fundraising events. This role is key to securing our space, managing facility needs, and researching future host locations that best support the accessibility, financial, and community needs of our LGBTQIA+ recovery community.

Position: Outreach & Volunteer Coodinator

Reports To: Chair & Co-Chair

Term & Commitment: 1-year term | Monthly meetings + event weekend availability

Role Overview:

Drives community engagement and volunteer operations for the Rocky Mountain Roundup. This role focuses on building strong connections within the LGBTQIA+ recovery community, coordinating volunteer recruitment and placement for events, and managing service-based scholarship programs to maximize event accessibility.

Position: Programming Co-Coordinator

Reports To: Chair

Term & Commitment: 1-year term | Monthly meetings + event weekend availability

Role Overview:

The Programming Coordinators design, organize, and execute programming for the Rocky Mountain Roundup weekend and year-round fellowship or fundraiser events (such as Scavenger Hunts and Camp Rainbow Roundup). This role oversees workshops, speakers, meeting formats, entertainment, and schedules, ensuring all activities align with the mission, values, and inclusivity of the LGBTQIA+ recovery community. They communicate program details to the Committee and partner with Marketing for timely promotion.
