A Roundup is a weekend-long fellowship convention for the 2SLGBTQIA+ recovery community. It brings people together to celebrate and support recovery from addiction through workshops, powerful guest speakers, and social activities in a safe, supportive environment.
Whether you have decards of recovery or are just checking it out for the first time, a Roundup offers a powerful sense of belonging and community.
Our local Colorado Roundup is an action-packed weekend event.
Friday Night: Kickoff meeting with an exciting guest speaker, followed by an ice cream social and live entertainment.
Saturday: A full day of inspiring guest speakers, interactive panels, workshops, and evening social activities.
Our mission is to support and celebrate the 2SLGBTQIA+ community's recovery utilizing the tools and principles of 12-Step programs. We would love to have you join us this year and beyond! Getting involved is easy, and those who have given service agree that RMRU is a very special event close to the heart.
The very first Roundup was held in 1976 in California, named the Western Roundup Living Sober. It was a landmark opportunity for LGBTQIA+ individuals to spend an entire weekend together, nurturing their connection to one another. Since then, the movement has grown across the globe—and we are proud to keep that tradition alive right here in the Rocky Mountain region!
